Johnson Insurance wishes to advise members of the NBSRT that the insurance provider for the Emergency Travel Plan has changed from Allianz to Global Excel Management (GEM). Nothing has changed with the exception of an updated emergency contact telephone number.
There is NO ACTION REQUIRED from you.
The new cards will be mailed to all members during the second week of December. If someone needs the updated information (phone numbers) now, they can download a temporary card HERE. In addition, if a member wants an updated card with their name on it, they can contact our administration department and an electronic card can be emailed to them. (1-888-851-5500)
NOTE: Since your identification and policy numbers have NOT changed, there is no need to contact your pharmacy and/or your dentist when you receive your new card.
